For 4 years was the manager of the Europe Direct Mosta office of the European Commission DG Communications. Working in European affairs for the past 20 years as consultant, trainer, coordinator and project manager for various companies and local councils in Malta, and in several European countries and non-European countries, writing and coordinator of 59 approved projects, local project manager for 105 approved projects. He is also an external tutor for master’s students with 8 French universities; 3 Slovak universities; 6 Turkish universities and 2 Italian universities. Was an External Expert with the Education, Audio visual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), an advisor with the EUROPEAN COMMISSION DIRECTORATE-GENERAL COMMUNICATION- Pan-European Working Group “Management of daily activities of an EDIC and sits on the European cooperation in Science and Technology COST- as the Maltese expert.
